TJF’s intent is to assist as consultants in the designs of Therapeutic Justice Courts.
TJF will also disseminate information learned via annual Therapeutic Justice conferences to the general public and professionals who are interested acquiring the knowledge, skills and abilities to implement Therapeutic Justice strategies.
TJF shall initiate social services assistance projects for Drug Court participants.
Due to the expertise available, TJF will also provide consulting services throughout the United States and the Americas when asked.
TJF will welcome researchers to study the effectiveness of its demonstration and pilot projects.
TJF will apply for local, state and federal funding from the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), the National Institute of Justice (NIJ), and National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) International programs for funding opportunities to promote TJI’s organizational Mission, Vision, and Purpose.
